Our notebooks usually come in three sizes: A5, A6, A7. The covers are 15.5 x 21.7 , 11 x 15.5 and 8 x 11 cm consequently.

In addition to these sizes, the sizes 21.7 x 21.7, 25.7 x 35.7 and 21.7 x 25.7 are possible for us to make.

Notebooks are usually made Portrait. It is also possible to make your notebook landscape.

You can choose your own fabrics from the available ones. Or you can buy your desired fabric yourself, then bring it to us to use.

In the case of cotton fabric covers, it’s possible to combine two to three different fabric designs together.

When we combine more than one fabric for the cover, we can stitch a decorative strand on the overlapping margins. Or we can stick a strand of delicate dantelle instead.

For cotton fabric covers, you can have a thin layer of sponge placed under the fabric cover.

For size A6 and A7, you can have wood covers. It’s also possible to carve something on the wooden cover. It can be a pattern, a phrase, a name or anything you like.

We can replace cotton fabric cover with natural leather.

You can have a botton or a lock to keep your notes safe 🔐

You can have your favourite quotes, phrases or simply a word written in calligraphy on the cover or any page in the notebook. Calligraphy is done by hand ✒️

At the moment, “Siraa” is working with two wonderful artists who draw on fabric. In case you were interested in their drawing style, you can order any available design and we will place it on the cover of your notebook. You can even design it yourself or choose anything you like, we will try our best to make it 🌺

You can design your collage pattern and we’ll make it for you, just the way you want!

Currently we use Coptic stitching method for all of our notebooks. In thicker notebooks with A5 papers, it is possible to apply crescent-shaped stitches, or zig-zag ones. Your book can have headband as well 🔸🔹🔸

We have two methods of attaching the book spine to the cover (front and back). One method is to pierce one hole in each row and put the thread through. Or to pierce two smaller holes in each row and put the thread through both holes. 🔷🔸🔷

By default, our papers are 105-gram chickpea colour Kraft paper made by Pars paper producers.

You can choose paper colour and type (available in the market).

For instance, we use 160-gram (Fabriano, Canson, …) for our birth books and photo albums with a range of colours. 🌸

You can choose the number of pages you want your journal to have. In doing so, you must take into account the following:
In Coptic stitching method, papers are folded and then grouped.
The number of pages you choose must be a multiple of 4, 6, 8, or 10.

By default, our notebooks aren’t lined. You can choose to have lines. We can print your chosen text (a poem, a picture, a drawing, a few hand-written lines) on any of the pages.

In the A5 or A6 size notebooks, we can prepare the current year calendar. In the case of A6, we have a page of a week’s calendar and the page facing it is lined for notes.

In the A5 size, we have a month printed on every page. The calendar finishes after the first twelve pages, you can have lined pages after the 12th page for your lovely notes. 🌷

We can carve a name, a pattern or logo on a wooden plaque and place it on the cover. This option is best for gifts, memorial books, and birth books.

We can make bookmarks with the same thread we use for stitching your notebook. There is a beautiful wooden bead at the end of the thread. A bookmark helps you mark your favorite page, or the page you’re currently writing on.

It will look nice if you choose to have a name carved on a wooden plate and attached to your bookmark.

But the size of the plate depends on the size of notebook. We will adjust it somehow that it suits your notebook best.

A beautiful, comfy and cosy box for your precious notes. How does that sound?

The box door has a cloth cover, the same as your notebook. Or you can choose a distinct pattern just for the box

This contains whatever you want, printed on it. It goes around your notebook. It is mostly used when the notebook is a gift and includes “From” and “To”.

You can choose to have a beautiful turquoise ceramic plaque which is symbolic of Persian art engraved on the cover of your journal.
